1. The Service

Image Revival Co. provides manual digital photo restoration services. We use a combination of AI technology and human artistry to improve the quality of old or damaged images.

2. Pricing & Refunds

Pricing: We charge a flat fee of AUD $9.99 per photo. This includes GST.

Refunds: We want you to be thrilled with the result. If you are not satisfied, we offer one complimentary round of revisions. If we still cannot improve the photo to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund.

3. Copyright & Ownership

You retain full ownership of your photos. By uploading an image, you grant us a temporary license to edit, modify, and restore that image for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

You represent that you have the right to upload the photo. Please do not upload images that are illegal, explicit, or for which you do not hold the necessary copyright permissions.

4. Limitations

While we can perform miracles on many photos, some damage is beyond repair. If a photo is completely destroyed (e.g., facial features are entirely missing with no reference), we may not be able to restore it perfectly. In such cases, we will communicate with you honest expectations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Revival Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
