At Image Revival Co., we treat your photos with the same respect we treat our own family albums. We understand that the images you trust us with are precious, private, and often irreplaceable.
1. What We Collect
We only collect the minimum information required to restore your photos:
- Your Images: The photos you upload for restoration.
- Contact Info: Your email address (so we can send you the finished results).
- Instructions: Any notes you provide regarding the restoration.
- Transaction Data: We see a confirmation that you paid, but we do not store credit card numbers. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
2. How We Store Your Photos
Security is our priority. Your photos are stored on a private, secure server that is not accessible to the public web. Only our authorized restoration artists can view your images for the purpose of working on them.
3. Data Retention
We are a restoration service, not a storage cloud.
We automatically delete your photos 30 days after your order is completed. Please ensure you download and save your restored images locally within that timeframe.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to help run our business:
- Stripe: For secure payment processing.
- Brevo: For sending transactional emails (like your order receipt).
We will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information or photos to advertisers or third parties.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request that we delete your data immediately after delivery. Simply email us at hello@imagerevival.co, and we will purge your order from our system instantly.
